Why Keep Yoga Slow & Simple?

When I was 17 years old, I fell in love with yoga.  Handstands and headstands were a favorite along with more complex poses, refered to in Sanskrit as “asanas”.  Forty plus years later, I still love yoga, but modified my practice to compensate for my gracefully aging body…no more vigorous pace or “pretzel” poses.  I call my style, KISS Yoga:  Keep It Slow & Simple.  I emphasize coordinating breath with movement, at a slower pace.  It’s easy to follow as I guide you verbally and visually through my local yoga classes or via my KISS Yoga DVD, 70 minutes of stretches, poses, and an amazing final relaxation.  It’s a bargain at only $20 to practice with me at home or while traveling.  Check out my Facebook Business Page to help me build awareness.  If you enjoy what you see, feel free to share with friends and “Like” the page…your interest is much appreciated!
